On Feb 5, 2006 in Toronto, William Eckstein, and two of the songs he co-wrote with Sam Howard ("S'Nice" and "Lest You Forget") were inducted into the Canadian Songwriters Hall Of Fame with an Award week-end and show. Louise Pitre performed a wonderfully arranged version of S'Nice ( Kudo's to Lou Pomanti) and a small video tribute to Willie featured a 1950's television interview.Wow!

My brother and I were presented with a Northern Island award by Stan Meissner, President of the Songwriters Association of Canada, as well we received a Scroll commemorating the two songs.

doing an amazing job with putting all the nuts and bolts together for this memorable week-end!
